Howdy there, alright so i dance (12 years of it) and lately, usually when i put weight on or roll on my thigh, the upper part of the muscle seems to “pop” out of place and back in. It hurts for about 5 mins then is okay. Any idea whats going on. Im 15, petite and dont exactly take my vitamins like i must… However i wish to determine this out. I dance 5 instances a day and virtually each category this occurs. Thanks!
