Query: Misplaced weight whereas being ill?

Misplaced weight whereas being unwell?

So, i am 17 years outdated and I used to be unwell for per week , with a excessive fever of 104 and it lasted for approximately every week with journeys to the er and that i was once in poor health on account of an UTI that wasn’t handled and so that is what took place . Whereas i used to be ill , I refused to devour & all i did was once devour like , three bites to nothing . and right through that point I was once in poor health , i used to be handiest consuming fluids and i refused to eat . Before I got sick, I was 177 and after I got over getting sick and started eating again, and I checked on the scale, I was 161. Now I’m 159. I really want to keep losing weight, but how? I know I cannot starve myself because it only happens when I get sick and it’s natural to not want to eat while you’re sick. How can I continue to keep losing weight? I do Poms ( dancing during halftime at football games) and it havent really made me lose weight as much, but it should help me with exercise since I do it everyday after school from 2:30 to 4 on Mondays through Saturday. Anything else, please assist! Thanks!
