Query: Must I utterly minimize out sugar?

So I’ve actually gotten into energy training to tone and make my physique extra lean, much less flabby, and principally extra skinny I assume. So mainly I’ve sure days like (leg day, arm day, and many others) and I stroll for approximately an hour three-4x every week and I experience my bike for 30 minutes to an hour 2-3x every week in addition to yoga on most days.


I rarely devour fruit however I do devour quest bars which have stevia in it so I was once questioning if I must reduce that out if I am looking to in point of fact lose these final further kilos?
