My physician urged I will have to go to a heat local weather…..is she proper?

I’ve had alopecia for a 12 months now. Its hair loss and its getting worse. Its an auto immune disease. My dermatologist urged I am going away to a heat local weather to loosen up and take a wreck and in addition she says since the solar performs large components in auto immune stipulations. What do you guys suppose?
