I know I have an eating problem but I’m not sure what it is.
I restrict calories,
First I went from normal dieting due to brutal bullying to lose my baby fat and started at a healthy 1200 and exercised and got much nutrients.
Then I went down to 800
Then to 500
Then to less than 300
And 240 became a “safe amount” for me
Due to my hunger I would binge probably 3 times a week and then I’d use anything to get the food out of my body. I threw the food up and began abusing laxatives to get everything out of my body. Due to not eating I lost my period for alomst 4 months.
Could someone please help me.?
If you study this could you please tell me what’s wrong with me.
I’m scared to get help and I’m not 18 so my parents would know if I spoke up to someone. Please inform me what’s flawed I am so scared this is not customary. Thanks on your lend a hand and beef up.
