What to do for a nicer booty?
Nowadays I started working (lasted 12 minutes)
And I noticed that I in reality wished to have a much bigger and nicer butt. I wanna begin doing squats however I do know that it is not going to be sufficient. If I run three or extra instances per week and for 15min (will increase with time) ,what else will have to I do for my butt?
And any pointers? Recommendation?
