Query: Why once I suppose/see of ache, I think it?

why after I suppose/see of ache, I think it?

I’ve this phobia for needles, idk y however I completely hate them. And my query to u is why once I see/bring to mind needles I believe ache? Like whether or not I am considering of my next flu shot or reading an article about heroin users, why do I feel like I’m being poked with needles through out my body? It hurts as if I’m actually at the doctors being shot, and I can’t help it, I want it to stop! Also if u have any tips on how to help me get over my phobia that would be helpful too; I kinda really feel in embarrassed being that 15 yr previous woman that also cries over a shot.(neatly I do not simply cry, I scream and need to have like 6 nurses hang me down however ya)
