I just lately went to a trampoline facility the place I jumped vigorously for approximately 2 hours. It used to be lovely severe on my knees as I will do various kinds of flip combinations (I’ve been jumping on trampolines my entire life.) By the end of the session, my knees were somewhat sore, but the pain was not severe. The next day, however, the pain was quite intense. It is very painful to bend the knees while putting my weight on them (i.e., squatting, going down stairs, etc.) It has been a week now and the pain has indeed subsided in the mornings, but at school when I walk from class to class is mostly when I notice it. The pain is just in my right leg, but on the inner side next to the kneecap. It has swelled a bit, and the swelling has long gone down a tad, however its nonetheless there. Its close to the entrance of my kneecap however on the left (inside) aspect. I simply wanna be aware of if I tore one thing and I will have to get it checked out or no longer. Pointers?
