I am 20 years old, 6' 2" weight 284 pounds(about 25-30% body fat)
I have been working out for over four years although I have started doing cardio(medium to heavy) for about two months now My diet consists of less than 1200 calories a day all good healthy things( yogurt, grains, egg whites) with the worst calories being chicken.
Dont' know if I am missing something or am just cursed with bad genetics? In high school I lost 70 lbs doing less but ever since i gained it back freshmen year at college can't seem to lose anything.
