I'm 5'6" and weighing 151 pounds, and my dream weight is 170+. I do basic exercises (push ups 130-300 (ever since last Wednesday), sit ups 300, squats 50, and pull ups 50). How much should I eat and what should I eat, and how many of what should I do and what additional exercise should I add to my list.
