I'm skinny fat too. I'm skinny in the arms but have a big belly. Take protein like gold standard and createin to help you recover, also maybe a mass gainer. Don't forget the diet is more important than the weights. Google "foods with good carbs" stick to those, also foods with good sources of protein. Lean beef, salmon, nuts etc also get a blender bottle and add createin and peanut butter in your shake, it tastes better it's high in protein and good fats etc and it's easier to down in a drink than having it get stuck to your teeth. About the calories, search for a calorie calculator online to calculate how many calories you need to consume specifically for your body. Usually at least 3000 because your bulking and skinny. Don't "dirty bulk" either it's not worth the extra time and fat gain. Force yourself to consume more calories and don't wuss out on your workout, always improve the weight limit, and don't forget leg day or you'll look like Larry the lobster
