Hey there, I was wondering... how can I get a bigger butt? I know you do certain workouts, but what type of workouts? How often do I workout my butt? How long, on average, will it take to get a bigger butt, and what foods should I eat? Or can I workout without changing my diet and still see results? Does being skinny with a fast metabolism change anything? Should I try the 30 day squat challenge? Help greatly appreciated please!! So confused!
