Oh ya - walk as much as you can. And STAIRS are your friend. They're your free exercise gym. Go up and down stairs as much as you can. Also - get Dr. Fuhrman's book. His idea to losing weight is that you drastically increase how much nutrition you get by eating Greens and Beans... You can eat a lot of this stuff because it's so low in calories - lots of salad - lots of cabbage soups with beans as the broth. It's a great diet. And you don't have to go hungry. You can't believe how low calorie this stuff is.
