I've been doing squats and it's making my thighs skinner, but I want them bigger? Help please?

Well for a month I've been doing 50-75 squats with 10 pounds of weight. I did this to tone my butt, however now I noticed my legs and getting thin with muscle. But If they have to get anything I want them bigger, especially now. What can I do to gain muscle and make them thicker?
