Question: I'm a runner, and I need help with exercises!?

I'm a 10th grader, weigh 115 pounds, and am a track runner. I can run a mile in around ~5:40, but I feel I may be a bit "out of shape". I would fix this by taking a few jogs every week outside, but Winter is approaching and I feel this isn't going to be very possible. I'd go to the gym, but there is no way possible for me to go because both my parents have their hands full every day of the week ( Except maybe Sunday, but they usually still have something to do .. ) Any indoor exercises I can do to help improve my stamina and get better leg muscles, that will give me that nice sore feeling the next day?

A full routine with a variety of exercises would be greatly appreciated :-)

Thanks!

Update : I am not overweight in any way, I just want to improve my stamina and be able to run faster to get prepared for the upcoming track season ( Starts in like March ). I want some type of daily routine that I can do, preferably something that would challenge me because my stamina and leg muscles are fairly good.
