Look at 5"5 120 pounds is fine for a thirteen year old especially if your doing something that builds muscle look at it this way I'm a male 7 years older than you and 1 inch taller and I weigh 176 pounds that's 56 pounds more and I am in no weigh overweight just be happy with how you look
