I've not come across that before, but try it for a week/2 if it works stick to it. You can also try interval eating which helps a lot. You have a big breakfast so basically start of with a pint of water, then you can have porridge (which is perfect) or dried whole wheat toast and have fruit also. Then every 2/2 and a half hours, have half a glass of water and then like a small snack bar and 1/4 of a glass of water after. After another 2/2 and a half hours have lunch which can be half a sandwich with fruit and water again. Then again after the same amount of time have half a glass of water a banana and then half a glass of water again. After 2/2 and a half hours have your tea so have a sandwich and salad/fruit. And for your last meal in the evening have a lot of protein such as grilled fish or grilled chicken or grilled lamb (lamb steak, lamb shish, lamb chops) with water and salad
