My dad won't let me have soda?

He's been trying to be healthy lately by going to the gym and eating better but now he's forcing the rest of the family to do this too. He won't let any of us drink soda. I used to drink a cup of soda almost everyday but I would drink a lot of water to balance it out. Ever since he won't let us drink soda (a week ago) I've been having terrible stomach pains. I've never had this pain before and it comes almost every day. How can I fix this?
