Question: Weight Loss?

Weight loss is 20% exercise and 80% diet. All the cardio won't do you any good if you aren't putting the right things in your body. That amount of exercise seem excessive unless you are training for a marathon. Another suggestion is to switch out some of that cardio for strength training. Mix up your routines.
