Question: What can I do to be more fit as a teen?

WALK! im a teen, i walk 3 miles every morning and night. You should walk around your neighborhood while listening to music, because tredmill walking is boring af.

DRINK A CUP OF COLD WATER BEFORE EVERY MEAL. sometimes your brain is mixing up your hunger and thirst, leading you to overeating. Drinking a cup of cold water before your meals, will cover up the thirst, which will help you eat the amount you really need.

SPORTS join sports. i dance 7 hours a week, in dance we have conditioning (helps for a flat stomach and toned legs) but dance isnt your only option. Track is also good. Soccer too because most drill consist of running leg muscles.

Avoid sugery things. Sugar is actually worse for your body than fat.

WALL SITS! try doing wallsits every chance you can basically 10 seconds after you feel like you are going to die.

STAIR RUNS have stairs? run up and down them CONSTANTLY. better yet, add ankle weights! But dont do too many, you well be getting more of the muscular body.

CRUNCHES, SITUPS! these will help you tone your tummy and get a flat stomach.

do the movement for as long as you can. do you feel like you are about to die? do it for another 10 seconds.
