Question: What can I expect if I keep up this exercise program?

What can I expect if I keep up this exercise program?

So about a month ago I started working out and taking protein consistently. I lift 2-3 times a week and take protein after the workouts, have been working in some cardio but am usually pretty busy so I don't have as much time. I'm eating about the same, adding more protein and trying to eat healthier but sometimes I eat a little less. I weigh a little bit less than I did when I started but feel like my muscles have definitely grown. Is what I'm doing ok? Should I eat more, eat less, workout more?
