Question: Will doing 250 crunches an 250 side crunches get me a flat stomach an how long do i have to do this?

no that's impossible for you to do probably and you'll just give up on it... sorry... i'd say do more of a variety of workouts that are more reasonable, that'll burn the calories much quicker, and you'll see results faster. Butterfly sit ups, 25 crunches, working with a medicine ball, v sits, planks, that'll get you where you wanna go. And do it at night before bed
