Question: Working to hard in X-Country?

Working to hard in X-Country?

Hi,

I wanted to know if I been pushing myself to hard during my workouts and races. Everytime I sprint to keep up with the group I feel very nauseous and feel like throwing up. However when I am jogging normally, not a slow jog just normal, I feel perfectly fine and feel like I can go on for hours. Am I working out to hard? Thanks for the responses!
