Question: Would this affect my metabolism?

I am 15 years old, male. I am 1.70 meters tall. 15-16% of body fat. I DON'T eat vegetables. I hate them. I haven't eaten them for about 8-10 years.

I love meat (except pig, that includes bacon and ham). I like to eat roast beef, grilled chicken, grilled fish, and turkey.



I DON'T like anything that's fried.



I'm trying to lower to 9-10% of body fat level. I'm jumping rope for 14 minutes from Monday to Thursday and I'm on a diet that DON'T include junk food, soda, juice, AND vegetables.



Would NOT eating vegetables slow down my metabolism, making me not lose fat so fast? Or am I good?
