Caloric Workout Ana






Ok hello so I am new on this so please bare with me.


First of all a little about myself, I was an irish step dancer for 27 years, even toured pro and was in Michael Flatley dance troupe. After 3 ankle surgeries I can no longer dance. Then I decided to “learn” how to eat and went into my 2nd Rehab. Well I learned to eat but no one told me when to stop. So my normal was size 2-4 weight about 110 at 5’4″. I skyrocketed to 226 I am going back down I am now 211, I am so ashamed to say.


So I embraced my sister Ana and have restarted my journey back to where I need to be. I am looking for buddies, tips and support. I want to lend tips, and be supportive as well.


So with work I have to eat something I can’t just not except on weekend.


My goal today was 600 calories i managed only 540 ut had 3 workouts!!


As of today down 15#, 15″ and one pants size.


Onward and downsize


I love drinking the water/vinegar ahead of breakfast because it helps curb the candy cravings.
