This article is a sermon about the plight in America. There is a famine in the land of America when it comes to the Gospel. On one hand we have Atheist's marching to take God out of the public arena and Christians are horrified. On the other hand we have a dead church who has left the Gospel of Jesus and who are leaving churches in an exodus. The Gospel has been lost in favor of prosperity and the feel good affirming spirit of the age. Because of this The power of God is not active and a void has opened up in America. The results? This story becomes the iceberg with many more like it yet to come.These things are written about in scripture so it should come as no surprise to anyone except those who hate the very notion and concept of God. Then it becomes a big deal because people loved darkness rather than light.
Think about this. In America it is more acceptable for a practicing homosexual to marry another practicing homosexuality then it is to see a person become born again or someone have a true miracle healing of God in a person's body even if they were to testify of it and have a doctor's approval. Why?

Romans 1
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
When the light goes out in America the darkness rolls in.
