Am I going to move blind?!?

I do play video video games however I dont assume that is the reason. I dont go blind or lose vision but it bothers me and I want to fix it. If I didnt explain well enough the. Heres an example… its like adjusting the brightness of a lamp to dark to light. Thats all I really got lol but whatever. If anyone out here is willing to help me please accomplish that.
