hi. ok so im 13 years old, and i am pretty overweight, but get by passed as i am quite tall. i play rugby and i am probably the strongest in my year. i want to get more fit and better looking on the body. what should i do for arms and chest? i am getting 8kg dumbells becos at the moment i am using 3kg, which i am finding too easy.
for my legs i have a road bike and plan to be using that alot more, will that do for my legs?
i also okayish but plan to stop and really cut down on bad foods and eat more healthier.
