Query: sixty six yr previous male given antibiotic for urinary tarct an infection?

sixty six 12 months outdated male given antibiotic for urinary tarct infection?

I am a 66 male & have had urinary infections each year for the last 4 . Iwas recently given an antibiotic &for 10 days . He said there is still blood in the urine, but Ican not see it.. the blood & clots have cleared up.. Could it be that the antibiotic has become resistant, or could i have cancer? Please supply me some concept
