Of course you can stop eating. Quit making excuses and take control of your body. If you are 13, start by asking your parents to quit supplying junk food at home.
Make small healthy changes everyday. Pick one or two bad habits that you can break now (no more sodas, no video games, or no more bedtime snack) and add one healthy habit now (I will walk around the block as soon as I get home from school, or I will ride my bike for thirty minutes before dinner). Then do the same thing next week.
