Question: Is my diet plan OK?

Hello!

I'm a 14 year old girl to start off. I'm 54 kilograms and around 157-159 cm. I'm really worried about my height so I need advice on all this. My parents aren't very tall themselves actually. Breakfast: Low fat milk with country flake cereal.

During school, I get hungry so I eat a cheese sandwich and lots of fruits.



Lunch: Anything my mum prepares in a very small portion.

If food is fried or has rice, my mum prepares something for me that's rather healthy.



Dinner: Salad or if I'm ever hungry, I grill a cheese sandwich.



I eat a lot of fruits during the day and drink lots of milk.



I want to try and get thinner. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I want to try and get in a good figure but my diet doesn't seem to work out in that too much. People are advising me to not go on such diet since it may affect my height greatly in which I do not want. However, I really don't know what I'm supposed to do and I'd appreciate some advice. Also, from what I think, even my breast size (34B) seems to be affected in some sorta way - at least I think so.



I'm always very, very tired and I sleep enough hours a day and I still end up tired. Am I doing something wrong? I've become rather weak now and I'm not sure considering I do eat. I just don't eat a lot. I used to be 56 kilos and I've been on this diet for about a month now but then again I don't think I'm doing it all right, am I?



No matter what it is that I eat, I seem to overly bloat too lol
