That is my take in your questions: almond milk, if it is the stuff you buy from main supermarkets, is processed and frequently accommodates some nasties (carrageen as an example). It relies how ‘pure’ you need or want to be, however I would not be consuming it as a result of it is processed and accommodates nasties.
Oatcakes are mixing in themselves ie produced from carb and fats. Peanut butter can be mixing – nuts are one among natures simplest ‘pure’ blended meals
