PLEASE HELP!! How To Reduce Breast Size?

Hello. I'm a 13 year old girl and I am 5ft, 36kg. I'm skinny/slim, but my breasts pretty big; 34B. They're bigger than everyone else's in my classes and people constantly point it out, which makes me feel very uncomfortable! Is there anyway that can help me reduce my breast size? I'm NOT looking into surgery. And that wouldn't even be an option at my age, anyway. Minimising bra's can also cause breast cancer if worn too often, so I'm not going for them either. Are there any foods that help breasts grow that I should be wary of? Are there any foods that reduce size? Will exercise help reduce them? I'm going to start going for runs 2-5 times a week when I'm 14, and I'll buy running clothes and sports bras for that. Will that help? Will sports bras be good to wear on a daily basis or are they cancerous, too?
I don't have the healthiest diet, I dislike veggies (any tips to get around that would also help). However, I'm not the unhealthiest. I don't exercise frequently, except in PE. But I'm skinny anyways (not skinny where you can see all my bones, only the big ones like collar bones and hip bones and my rib bones when I breathe in, so I'm kinda slim too. I have a pretty quick metabolism though).
If it helps, I've had my period for 2 years and it's regular.
