Hi, I am 19yr old male and I have been very surprised by the huge weight fluctuations I have experienced over the last year or so. I have gone down and up over and over again. I used to have a pretty stable weight of around 75 kg but then that started dropping way down, with it hitting a low of 69.6 kg a few weeks ago. However I weighed myself now and I am 77 kg. Yet I was 73 kg yesterday, and 71 kg for much of the days before. Seriously how is this possible? I have greatly improved my fitness and activity level over the last two years (especially this last year) through cycling. I am 186 cm (6'1.5) and am very slim. Is it normal for weight to differ as much as 7kg (15lbs) over two weeks and then drop back down, and then go up again, and so on?
