Tuesday third March
Breakfast – Banana with zero% Fats Vanilla Yoghurt
Lunch – Left over tea from ultimate night time (new potatoes, peppers, onions, backyard peas all fried in fry gentle with paprika and chilli powder) with a poached egg on high!
Tea – Rooster Provencal (Hen, baked beans, cannolini beans, chopped tomoatoes, peppers and onions gradual cooked with basil and paprika) served with 3syn mash potato, broccolli and carrots.
HEa – four x Dairylea Gentle Triangles
HEb – Would possibly have some wholemeal bread with lunch if i am hungry!
