I simply began the softball season on Wednesday, and today is Friday. We did conditioning and weight training on Wednesday, on Thursday we went for a mile warm up run and then since Im an outfielder we worked on some fielding things, which involves lots of running. We have practice again today, Friday, and I can barely walk. What can I do to help my muscles be less sore.
Yes I do stretch before all training, and we stretch after. I’ve tried hot baths, and bio-freeze. Im looking for easy issues that I will be able to do at college.
