Question: Trying to lose weight, need help and suggestions?

Okay, I'm 16 years old and I weigh about 260 Pounds. Way overweight according to doctors. A decent portion of my weight is thanks to muscle, but a great deal is from fat. I'm honestly sick of it and sick of being made fun of for something I've tried years to change but it never changes. I give up a lot because of being made fun of, but I'm determined this time. It's my last year at school and I want to lose at least 20 pounds before school ends. That way I can prove to myself I can do it so maybe I wont care as much what others think.

My main thing is, I'm drinking a lot more water, and I'm trying to jump rope, seeing how I've heard jump roping is a great way to lose weight.

Problem is I can't jump rope for more than 2 minutes at a time right now, and that can't cut it. So I need some advice for that. Also, is there a way to cut down on how much muscle my calves would gain from jump roping? They're already pretty big from muscles....boots can't go over them.

Also, if you have any other advice for my weight lose journey, I'd love to hear it!

Thanks
