Question: Can I lose weight with this routine..?

Breakfast: Water, spinach and egg omelet cooked in coconut oil.. 2 bottles of water.. some fruit.. Lunch: lots of fruit and lots of water



Snack: Protein bar



Dinner: Lots of fruit, steamed veggies, and grilled chicken, or zero fat ground beef patty.



Walking an hour a day, doing 50 squats (adding 5 everyday) (with an 8 pound weight) ... doing 50 jumping jacks.. and doing 30 push ups..



I weigh about 160 pounds at 5'1.
