Question: How to lose leg fat?

I'm 5ft 3 and 115 pounds so I'm not overweight but recently I've noticed I have quite a bit of fat on my inner thighs and near my knees. The rest of my body is thin so I want to balance it out. Is there anything i can do to get rid of it? I generally eat well and I run track and cross country. Should I just keep running and hope it works or is there anything else I can do?
