I am a 14 year old male and I have just lost about a pound or 2 in 5 days of working out straight and I was wondering if it's ok to have a cheat day? Going off on what we(my family) usually eat on weekends,I was planning on having some Pizza(not the whole box),probably some fast food,and maybe whatever we get at the movie theater later. So again is it okay if I have a cheat day each Saturday? I'm going back on my diet again tomorrow and working out,and continuing it for the rest of the week until Saturday? Will my progress be wasted on this one cheat day? I'm going to try to watch how much I eat today of a particular food. Anyways,it would be awesome if someone could help me out. PS:Not working out today.
