Favorite cardio exercises?

What are everyone's favorite ways to get in that dreaded cardio? If you are anything like me, you can't stand jogging, whether it be a treadmill or outside. I tend to prefer things like basketball to get my cardio in. The competition distracts me from realizing that I am actually running haha.



But who knows, maybe you guys love jogging. I am interested to hear your thoughts on different cardio workouts.

What do you do for motivation?

Motivation is a huge problem for a lot of people when it comes to sticking to a workout plan. I am no exception. I can usually stick to an exercise plan for 3-4 weeks , but tend to teeter off after that.



What do you guys do to keep yourself motivated to keep working out? Any tips or tricks you are willing to share?

Protein from supplement or food?

What do you prefer for protein after a workout, protein powder or a high protein food like tuna.



I've done both and they both have pros and cons. Protein powder is more expensive, but more convenient because all you have to do is make a shake. Food like tuna and eggs are generally cheaper than powder, but can take longer to prepare.



Right now I am going with the cheaper alternative of high protein food. what about you guys?
