Is there any particular time during the day that you feel is better for working out? I tend to try and do cardio in the evening/night, but I've heard many people tell me that it's smarter to work out in the morning.
As an aside, I have lost massive amounts of weight by doing short bursts of cardio thru out the day. For instance, I would walk for about 15 minutes, go do something for an hour or so, and then walk some more for another 15 minutes, then repeat thru out the day. I lost weight very quickly.
Any suggestions?
