Protein from supplement or food?

What do you prefer for protein after a workout, protein powder or a high protein food like tuna.



I've done both and they both have pros and cons. Protein powder is more expensive, but more convenient because all you have to do is make a shake. Food like tuna and eggs are generally cheaper than powder, but can take longer to prepare.



Right now I am going with the cheaper alternative of high protein food. what about you guys?
