Hey everyone! I know this is kind of a general question, but when you're doing cardio and you feel out of breath, or just some shortness, should you stop or push yourself? I've heard different suggestions. I know that if you're at the point of exhaustion you should stop, but what if you just feel a little bit out of breath, should you stop completely? I pay attention to my heart rate, but sometimes it's not always an indicator of my oxygen levels, so I'm just looking for some advice.
