He pushed Baldwin back, the play was pretty clearly over, but Jackson lifted Baldwin up and body-slammed him to the ground. The flag fell, and the 15-yard penalty put Seattle at the Texans’ 36-yard line with 4:52 in overtime. Seattle didn’t get another first down, but kicker Steven Hauschka nailed a 45-yard field goal to give the Seahawks a comeback 23-20 win.
