While we are buying looking in the mirror and having concern how we gonna keep our face and while we take the best lotion and scrub for our body skin care, we should never take for granted to take care as well of our hands.
I believe that having a good soft young looking hands is really important, here are some tips how to keep them beautiful:
1. Avoid washing with harsh soap
2. Use warm water instead of hot water when you wash your hand
3. When you do work with your hands like gardening or washing plates, do not forget to use gloves
4. Moisturize and exfoliate your hands in a regular basis
5. Your hands need as well sun protection, use sunscreen cream then
Remember that we are almost everything with our hands so I think they deserve to be treated with care too!
