I'm always skeptical about "new" exercise routines since people keep rebranding them and saying they are more effective. Recently I read an article about Plyometric workouts that are intense and only last for 10 minutes. Has anyone tried this type of workout? Is it as effective as a 45 minute treadmill or aerobic dance session?
