It's not what you need to do it's more what you need to not do!

Most people don't eat routinely - they don't have a high quality weight loss eating plan and have got into a habit of convenience, eating pre-packaged, highly processed harmful foods to save time and often money. If you are one of them you need to start breaking this killing habit.

You can start by taking out high calorie drinks and replacing them with your drinking water. I don't just mean sodas - I mean juices and smoothies as well and others. These types of drinks are full of sugar and include little or no nutritional effect, they simply add calories and everybody should know that effective weight loss is about getting less calories than you need on a daily basis.

Another thing you should consider doing is to eat more green vegetables and cut back on complex carbs like potatoes, bread and others. Vegetables fill you up and have a low glycemic index which will help balance your insulin levels - a major key in the fight to rip away fat!
