Breakfast:
peanutbutter cheerio cereal (1cup) w/skim milk (half of cup) – 197 cal
Lunch:
hen noodle soup (1 cup) – 70 cal
rice cake – 35 cal
2 starbursts – forty cal
espresso- null
Dinner:
three pancakes w/sugar free syrup (15 cal) – one hundred forty cal
Purged:
pecan pie
candy potato casserole
(in all probability the pancakes from ahead of too)
Complete: 492 cal
I do not really feel hungry. I will have to really feel hungry.
day after today is my 1,200 cal day.
plan-
breakfast:
sausage egg biscuit w/ketchup from mcd’s about 350 cal
Lunch: salad full of veggies (i wont rely them best the ranch dressing on it), fried rice, mashed potatos w/brown gravey (perhaps), squash casserole, roll, presumably bread pudding
dressing about eighty cal per tablespoon
fried rice about 228 per 1 cup
mashed potatos about 210 per 1 cup
brown gravey about a hundred and twenty per 1 cup
squash casserole about 196 per 1 cup
roll about a hundred cal
bread pudding about 300 cal per 1 cup
in whole its all a little bit over 1,500 cal
BUT i will not be consuming 1 cup of the whole thing. simply tiny bits of it so i would possibly have the ability to avoid wasting energy for dinner
im obliged to consume this lunch each wednesday…so no getting out. along with i look ahead to all of the just right meals and no longer feeling dangerous!!
