Tips on how to be versatile in lower than 2 weeks?
Im at present into taekwondo however in my classification, Im the one novice that’s extraordinarily unflexible. So unflexible that even the Sir is not paying a lot consideration to me. Is there any approach that may make me extra versatile? My present flexibility is I will do round a hundred thirty° splits. The others can do a a hundred and eighty° splits with none drawback even on their first are attempting. Anyone please assist me
